Handgun Safety Class In this course students learn handgun laws, basic safety and responsibility. The course meets most court requirements for deferred adjudication. Please check with your attorney or court before registration. The Shooters Club is the only location in the DFW area offering this course at this time. Instructor: Tim Scally Qualifications: Over 20 years as both a Peace officer and Soldier in the United States Military, Master Peace Officer Certification, with Tactical Handgun Training through Texoma Regional Police Academy, Basic and Advanced S.W.A.T, training through Texas A&M University and Law Enforcement Instructor's Course through Texoma Regional Police Academy. U. S. Army Scout Leaders Course, Observer/Controller/ Trainer for all weapons ranges on Ft Hood which include all branches of the U. S. Military.
