I chose The Shooters Club because I read in the Ft Worth Weekly that you are the best, and their praise was justified. The 10 hours passed really quickly for me and you did a great job of balancing the serious responsibility of a CHL with humor and good stories. I also appreciate the advice you gave us about which handguns to consider purchasing for concealed carry. I want to mention the friendly service I've gotten from Robert, too. I've spent a lot of time at the range trying to prepare for the class, and Robert has been very helpful. Thanks, Tom Droke Tim, I just took your concealed carry course on Saturday. After you talked about carrying at work I got to reading my employee hand book. It states in there that no employee can bring an “UNAUTHORIZED FIREARM” onto the premises. Does this mean if I can get my boss to authorize me to carry one once I get my license I would be ok? By the way I would like to thank you for the class. I thought the way you instructed it was awesome and I am very glad I went with your course and not some others that friends have mentioned to me. I will definitely be coming back to you for my renewal classes in the future. Thanks David Hensler Yes sir, you are correct in that you would have to have company permission to comply with their rules. And thanks for the kind remarks on the class. Tim |
